These terms set out the agreement between VPNDH and the user for the cross-border network acceleration subscription service. By registering an account, purchasing a plan, or using the client, you confirm that you have read and accept all of these terms; if you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the service.
Scope of Services
VPNDH provides a subscription-based cross-border network acceleration service: users connect to international routes through the Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux clients to reach overseas websites and online services. Coverage currently spans 110+ countries / 150+ routes; the regions actually available are those shown on the routes page.
Plans and prices are those shown on the order page: monthly subscriptions come in three tiers — ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB — with data resetting each month on the activation date. Separate data packs are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they are used until exhausted and never expire. A subscription grants ordinary rights of use only; ownership of routes, servers, and client software, and all related rights, remain with VPNDH or the respective rights holders.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to register — a username and password are enough. Account credentials are held by the account holder, who bears any loss caused by credentials being disclosed or passed on to others.
A single subscription is not limited by device count and can connect on multiple devices used by the same person; the account is for the registered user only. Reselling, renting, lending, or sharing an account, and distributing subscription links or access credentials to third parties in any form, are prohibited. Reverse engineering or modifying the client is prohibited, as is using automated scripts to bulk-scrape route information, stress-test the service, or interfere with other users' normal use.
Where an account is found to be shared, resold, or used for abnormal request volumes, VPNDH may first suspend that account's access and ask the account holder to explain.
Acceptable Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their own location and of the places where the service is used, and are responsible for all content transmitted through the service. Using the service for any unlawful purpose is prohibited, including but not limited to infringing intellectual property, distributing illegal content, carrying out network attacks, sending spam, fraud, and money laundering.
Users are responsible for confirming that the overseas websites and online services they access are available and lawful in their own location. Account restrictions, service suspension, and any legal liability arising from misuse are borne by the user; where a competent authority makes a lawful request, VPNDH will cooperate as required by applicable law.
Service Availability and Liability Scope
VPNDH maintains its routes and clients continuously, but connection quality depends on many factors — local networks, ISPs, international gateways, and the policies of destination sites — so no specific speed or latency is promised, nor is continued availability of third-party platforms. Where interruptions result from route adjustments, upstream maintenance, force majeure, or regulatory requirements, VPNDH restores service as quickly as possible and posts progress updates in site announcements.
To the extent permitted by law, VPNDH is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service; for any single subscription, liability is capped at the amount the user actually paid for that subscription.
Refund Terms and Subscription Changes
A full refund can be requested within 60 days of the first payment, no reason required.
Refund requests are submitted through an on-site ticket, and the money is returned via the original payment method (Alipay / WeChat / USDT); once the refund is complete, the corresponding subscription ends.
Data within a subscription period resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-term, the price difference is prorated by remaining days, and the new plan takes effect once the difference is paid. Data packs are used until exhausted and never expire; they are unaffected by subscription expiry.Account Termination and Terms Changes
Users may stop using the service at any time; to close an account, submit a request through an on-site ticket. VPNDH may restrict or terminate an account in the following cases: breach of the acceptable use requirements in these terms; reselling or sharing the account, or distributing access credentials; fraudulent payment or malicious chargebacks; and where required by law or regulation. Where an account is terminated for a violation, unused portions are not refunded.
VPNDH may update these terms in response to business changes or regulatory developments. Updated versions are published on this page with the last-updated date, and material changes affecting user rights and obligations are flagged in site announcements; continuing to use the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
